PROPULSION DAMAGE

Taylor Marine were appointed on behalf of H&M Underwriters to ascertain the cause and extent of damages to the propulsion unit of 676 GT fish farm vessel following the loss of main propulsion, necessitating towing of the vessel back to port.  Our Engineers attended on board the vessel following removal of the unit to inspect the damages, following which wear and tear was determined to be a contributory factor.
