Taylor Marine were appointed on behalf of solicitors representing Charterers to provide an analysis of qualifying conditions in terms of the reported under-performance of a 8,971 GT container vessel.  Analysis included a review of all relevant documentation, retrieving AIS history and liaising with all interested parties and reporting all findings to clients.
