DAMAGE TO PROPELLER SHAFT

Taylor Marine were appointed by insurance brokers of a ship repair yard to assess the nature, cause and extent of damages sustained to the port propeller shaft, bushes, stern seals and other associated equipment which reportedly occurred whilst the vessel was in service.  Our engineering surveyors attended to inspect the extent of damages and to monitor subsequent repair works as well as review and comment upon repair costs.
