Master Mariner and head of Taylor Marine Hamburg Jan Fuisting joined the Dispute Resolution team at Ince Hamburg to deliver a seminar on the challenges of trade on Thursday 28th November.  The presentation took place during the afternoon and discussed the following problems of transport and insolvency:
