PLEASURE CRAFT

Taylor Marine were retained as expert witnesses for lawyers and Owners of a pleasure craft which, following a component failure, suffered an allision with a pier structure, resulting in personal injury to a number of passengers on board. The ensuing legal case ended with a favourable outcome for our clients.

Our forensic engineer, John Radcliffe, went on to complete successful failure analysis of the component retrieved from the pleasure craft as part of a final year dissertation in order to complete the BEng, for which he received a distinction.
