PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM

Taylor Marine were retained by lawyers on behalf of Owner's of a 27,510 gross tonne Ro-Ro vessel to investigate the circumstances concerning an incident in which a stevedore was seriously injured whilst assisting the discharge of vehicles from the vessel.  Our surveyors attended on-site to carry out enquiries including interview of witnesses, following which a full and comprehensive report was compiled which included opinion as to liability.
