COLLAPSED CANAL WALL

Taylor Marine were appointed on behalf of Port land & property insurers to investigate the nature, cause, and extent of damages to a section of canal wall reportedly sustained during passage of storm weather.  Joint inspection was undertaken with civil engineers whereupon it was found that the most likely cause was due to wear and tear given the age of the wall and an apparent lack of routine maintenance.
