DAMAGE TO STEEL CARGO

Taylor Marine were appointed on behalf of the ship owner's P&I Club regarding a possible claim for damages to steel cargo carried on board the subject vessel noted by stevedores during discharging at Liverpool, U.K. Following review of documentation received, it was determined that damages were consistent with the pre-loaded condition, exonerating the vessel of any culpability.
