Taylor Marine Were appointed on behalf of the ship owner's P&I Club to investigate an alleged shortfall in a cargo of molasses discharged at Liverpool.  Our surveyors attended on board the vessel to perform arrival and departure drat surveys to verify the quantity of cargo on board the vessel and ashore.
