OFF SPEC CARGO OF UREA

Taylor Marine were appointed by P&I insurers of the vessel to investigate the nature, cause and extent of alleged off-spec cargo of urea. Sampling and visual inspection of cargo revealed black foreign objects within the cargo, which subsequently underwent further analyses and testing to determine composition and origin.
