BALLAST TANK PUNCTURE

Taylor Marine were appointed on behalf of the ship owner's P&I Club to investigate the nature, cause and extent of damage to a cargo of Wheat Bran Pellets which suffered wetting following the puncture of a ship's ballast tank by a shore crane operated by stevedores.
